Rechroming a rare part for me went ok despite a few miner imperfections, however Peter lost 2 parts to my item and after numerous calls and messages and with the promise of finding them I was told they would be replaced. It has now been some months and despite further messages and calls I am being ignored. I'm very disappointed with Peter. Only 2 stars given I am afraid.

I have used them many times and find them very professional and polite the chrome finish is good and I have been treated very well
