We couldn't recommend Kate highly enough to sleep deprived parents needing a bit of guidance and reassurance. Having initially tried to navigate a somewhat tricky sleeping situation with our little one, we found it incredibly helpful to work with Kate to shed some new light on the situation and propose a personalised plan to move forward. We found her to be extremely supportive, non-judgmental and confidence boosting and couldn't be more happy with the status quo. Thank you so much, Kate.

Kate was absolutely brilliant and we really can't recommend her enough! Our little one was quite a complex case due to medical issues, but Kate had a depth of knowledge and lots of great strategies that allowed our little one to go from multiple night wakes and not napping, to sleeping through the night and napping in his cot on the first night! We were so grateful for all of the advice and support Kate gave us; all advice was specifically tailored to our baby and Kate responded so quickly whenever we needed her. We felt that we were in the best of hands to guide us through our sleep training journey. Thank you so much Kate for giving us our sleep back!

Kate has been such a support in recent weeks.
Our little boy was waking ~6 times a night at 9 months. Kate provided calm, professional and non-judgemental support and worked with our preferences to guide some actions, which we implemented straight away. Within less than a week our boy started to wake only once, bedtimes are now quicker and easier, and as a consequence his daytime sleep, food consumption and feeding has all really settled down too!

Tats was lovely, easy to chat to and listened carefully. Our wishes were considered and within 24hrs we had received an in depth plan to help Willows sleep. Tats also went above and beyond making suggestions regarding Willows diet that may be impacting sleep! A week later and with a few adaptations to the original plan, Willow is self settling and mostly sleeping through the night!

It was wonderful to work with Kate. I had read so much about sleep training but it was all so strict and ridgid and I couldn't see how it would fit our haphazard schedules. It was so reassuring to have Kate coach us through and understand that one side doesn't fit all. I was amazed at how gentle and quick the process was once we bit the bullet and asked Kate for help. Now I can finally sleep again I realise how burnt out and drained I had been with endless sleepless nights. The only thing I'd change is I wish I had contacted Kate sooner.

Kate has been brilliant! We’ve used a sleep consultant before but Kate is different. She really takes into account your child’s need and personality to come up with a tailored plan. Kate is very understanding and generous with her time too. She always checks in and makes herself available.

As first time parents, navigating sleep was a pretty daunting task. Tats was AMAZING, she let us take the lead in terms of the type of sleep coaching we preferred, was there to answer any questions along the way (there were many) and was encouraging when we decided to adapt our approach part way through. I would highly recommend working with Tats, she’s lovely, holds no judgement and gave us so much confidence. Plus, any time we have a set back (sickness etc) she’s there to support.
